Had to wait one and a half hours for a click and collect order, with absolute incompetent staff Find another Sephora if you can
The staff were so judgmental and dismissive. I waited in line and when I finally got to the front, the girl at the counter (blonde hair, blue eyeshadow) just walked away. The other cashier beside me served 2–3 customers before I was even acknowledged. When I was finally helped, the girl (long brown hair with gems near her eyes) was rude and didn’t even give me a receipt because she walked off before I could say anything. When to Parramatta Sephora and parramatta Mecca yesterday . Huge difference between them. Mecca was so welcoming and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. Mecca helps you with smile on the face and doesn’t make you feel like you are burden on them for helping . However, Sephora staff make you feel uncomfortable by unwelcome attitude. Girls over there behave like they own the store.
Waiting time to get pay could be improve but staff is very friendly and helpful
