Today I visit this store(parramatta)while 1 customer service lady asisting me I was enquire about laneige toner since I am new for this product in between another customer service lady she came and said since that lady shift is going to finish she will gonna send another one .Literally I was waiting 10 minute but no one show up..I request Sephora to check the cctv camera and please do sack that lady from your store ..I was very pissed off coz no one expect that kind of behaviour from the customer service person.I feel so ins... read more
I visited the Parramatta Westfield Sephora on Tuesday and asked for assistance, but no one came to help. There were plenty of staff around, but most seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers. I waited for over 20 minutes before leaving frustrated. Mecca, on the other hand, was far more approachable and professional. Sephora as a brand is great, but the staff at this location really need to improve their attitude and customer service.
