Experience this morning at about 11:20am, walked in (pregnant) - looking at Laneige products to purchase - mistakenly pushed over the tester of water bank cream. A staff am assuming is a manager because she was the only one wearing a pink top with a logo and a black blazer over it) walked past me just when that fell over, ignored me, literally almost stepped on the tester, no caring and didn’t acknowledge it nor me. The team here always seem uninterested in helping. They will just stand around the back counter and try to avoid eye contact with customers. It’s happened all the last times I have come in here.
I love Sephora. I do prefer to shop online. I think this store is too bright and confusing. It makes me feel dizzy. Great friendly staff though everytime
