Really poor customer service. Waited 15 minutes with staff all walking past me.
I had my brows done at the benefit brow bar and Nick absolutely killed it! I got a brow lamination for the first time and will 100% be back in another 6 weeks - I’m so happy with the results :)
I am knowledgeable re skincare and beauty products to a degree so when enquiring re an option of my normal routine my adhad is confronted by the ubiquitous word salad diatribe..usually in many cases.. I was helped by Bruna at Sephora and had an amazing experience! She was incredibly attentive, very knowledgeable about the products, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Super friendly and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole visit. A truly wonderful professional – highly recommend!
