I’d like to thank Annabella P. for her excellent service. She noticed that I seemed a bit lost and kindly offered to help. The lipstick shade I wanted was out of stock, but she went out of her way to find similar options for me. She was knowledgeable, patient, and gave great advice throughout the process. Thanks to her help, I was able to find a lipstick I really like. I truly appreciate her assistance and wonderful service.
I visited Sephora at Pacific Fair today and approached a staff member for assistance. I asked whether they sold the Armani Luminous Silk foundation, and she abruptly told me they don’t stock it on the Gold Coast and that I should drive to Brisbane or go to David Jones. I then asked if she could recommend something comparable, and she said she couldn’t help because she didn’t know anything about it. Experience this morning at about 11:20am, walked in (pregnant) - looking at Laneige products to purchase - mistakenly pushed over the tester of water bank cream. A staff am assuming is a manager because she was the only one wearing a pink top with a logo and a black blazer over it) walked past me just when that fell over, ignored me, literally almost stepped on the tester, no caring and didn’t acknowledge it nor me. The team here always seem uninterested in helping. They will just stand around the back counter and try to avoid eye contact with customers. It’s happened all the last times I have come in here.
