Disgusting service. Rude workers. No one seems to want to help you and they all stand around giving dirty looks. I had the most horrible experience in the Northland store on Friday night. One staff member behind the counter thought it was acceptable to use profanities whilst telling a story to her work colleague who was serving me. And when I pulled her up on her swearing in front of customers, she told me, it was a private conversation and I shouldn't be listening in. Well stocked outlet has major brands. Staff is super nice. Guides thoroughly. However, in Australia I guess you don’t get samples of new brands. No matter how much you spend unlike other countries
Everyone here is always bizzare. They never want to deal or guide the customer. The store ia never busy but still have to wait for someone who can come and help . Only one or 2 girls here knows the customer dealing. Rest of them have to learn, they should have learned it before joining in... i always go to this branch because unfortunately this is near to me. Everyone working here has a different level of attitude as if we as a customer are begging for something. If they dont like helping customers they should leave this job... read more
