Went to Sephora today for a foundation, assistant Hivanna very helpful, patient, could not do enough to help me.
5 stars only for ZARA. She was incredible at helping me out w the perfect shade match for my concealer. Im somebody w a skincolour thats so hard to find a match for, but this girl just helped me so much. I literally had to do nothing except just sit and observe how the products set on my face. Whenever I’ve shopped here the girls have been super helpful guiding me through products and suggesting samples if I’m unsure.
I had a mixed experience at Sephora Northland recently. Unfortunately, one staff member I interacted with was quite rude and dismissive. I didn’t get her name, but she had short, very light-coloured hair. I am a frequent shopper with sephora (a Black Level Sephora member), I was looking to sample foundation shades to find the right match.
