First time at Northland and I was there early in the morning for a click and collect. The lady who served me was lovely her name started with J. There was an item I was after which showed out of stock online and she managed to find the last one for me.

Had a really great experience shopping here thanks to Rain ☺️ Came in with my mum needing a whole bunch of new products for her since her go-to brand was discontinued. Both of us were completely clueless on what brands worked best for mature aged skin that also had enough shades to work for her. Rain gave us really great recommendations within budget and helped shade match perfectly. She was really patient and understanding, even my boomer of a mum was pleased 😆

I want to start liking Sephora because they have cheaper items than Mecca but I can’t deal with the lack of customer service and no assistance whenever I go into store. Heading out now to go to Mecca where I know I’ll be greeted upon arrival and assisted instead of waiting around for 10 minutes to get someone to assist me with finding a colour. I’ve tried twice this week as I work in the centre but would rather spend money elsewhere and find a match with help then guessing myself.
