Rude, lazy and unprofessional staff. Ofcourse, this doesn’t apply to all staff. Some are amazing but you are lucky to find one amongst the staff who don’t have any interest in helping customers. On the contrary, Mecca staff are so helpful.

I had this unfortunate displeasure of being assisted by the staff member Jacqueline H at Sephora Melbourne Central. Not only did she make it very obvious that I was inconveniencing her by asking for her help on the floor, I was met with not a single ounce of respect as a paying customer or just pure customer service manners from her. The first time my friends and I came into this store we were followed by a white male worker, we bought a perfume and left. It was my friends birthday and went there for a second time to buy a gift. Where we were met with the security guard who consistently followed us around, he was then gossiping with the same white male worker who uncomfortably stared at us and followed us around the store the entire time we were there. Was this an act of racism or discrimination? The checkout lady was also very ignorant.
