I went in today and had mixed interactions with the Sephora staff. The person at the counter and a girl nearby the Anastasia Beverly Hills section was lovely today. However, near the Haus Labs section, I wanted to reach for a foundation only for a staff member and customer to stand directly in front of that section to try concealers. I had a very upsetting experience at Sephora when I visited with my mom and sister. While my mom was waiting with the baby’s pram as we finished paying at the counter, staff and a security guard approached her and accused her of stealing from the store. This accusation was completely untrue. My mom does not speak English well, which made the situation even more distressing and humiliating for her, as she couldn’t properly defend herself.
