I had two experiences at this sephora. So I've given it a 3 star to be fair. My first, I came in to get a foundation I liked that was out of stock at another store. I had forgotten the exact shade, so I asked an employee for help. This was one of the worse experiences I have had with customer service. Please give Kush a promotion or at least a raise. Both my partner and I were looked after by Kush when we were here individually on separate occasions. The service, passion and consideration on all occasions were top tier. To everyone going to Sephora MC, look for Kush!!

I find this situation quite ironic. As a gold card member of two years, I visited your store today to try Paula's Choice tester for a skin analysis. What struck me as odd was the behavior of your new, short-staffed lady with brown hair (around 150cm tall). She informed me that since the product was on display, it couldn't be provided in a small tester for me to take home and check for suitability—instead, she suggested I purchase a $19 mini version to try.
