Walked inside this location. Looking for to purchase skin care products and makeup. Lady’s in the store are rude. I asked about some products and the difference between two different products , the lady was like rude and said nothing other they are two different products.. just like that! No way this is how you treat your customers.. other lady’s didn’t want to answer questions or engage with customers. They just don’t wanted to be bothered. Disappointed!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora inside Kohl’s. The morning supervisor, Bertha, was unhelpful and dismissive when I came in with an issue involving a damaged perfume bottle that cost nearly $180. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, I was met with poor customer service and a lack of concern.
