The worst Sephora store I have ever visited. It takes forever to get an associate to help with the product. My mom needs to find a matching shade of the concealer. The lady helped us had very cold attitude, she grabbed the sample concealer stick from the shelf, used her finger applying the concealer on my mom’s face without sanitizing either the tip of the stick or her hand. It’s the horrible experience in this store and I will not visit it again!

Obnoxious employee guarding the K18 section. She asked me if I needed help. I said, “No thank you.” She then remained standing very close to me. I ignored her. After about 15-20 seconds, she said, “I was going to tell you about the free gift. That’s why I’m still standing here.” Like, ok lady? I don’t want the cheap plastic clip that I see right in front of me along with the sign marked “free gift with $45+ K18 purchase.” I clearly don’t want to be bothered. Take a freaking hint.
