Obnoxious employee guarding the K18 section. She asked me if I needed help. I said, “No thank you.” She then remained standing very close to me. I ignored her. After about 15-20 seconds, she said, “I was going to tell you about the free gift. That’s why I’m still standing here.” Like, ok lady? I set an apt to have my makeup done, and I requested, "Nautral, day look." I wanted a refreshing look. That's not what I got. I left with a ton of makeup on, cake face. I will be returning some items. It was WAY TOO MUCH MAKEUP. Not natural at all.
I’m about done shopping here. This is the 3rd time I give them a try to color match me and they can never do it right. I was supposedly being helped by one of their top makeup artists.
