I had a very positive experience at the Arcadia Sephora. I arrived just as the store was opening and was immediately greeted by staff. Monica was patient and thorough, providing assistance with shade matching and product recommendations. Excellent customer service.

As a former cast member myself I expect way more from Sephora. They don’t greet you they don’t offer help and they have a lot of attitude. I stood by and observed their customer service and it definitely lacks. Also clean your gondolas and create new testers instead of walking around and chit chatting with your co workers screaming across the store. Breaks my heart to see Sephora falling apart.

The worst Sephora store I have ever visited. It takes forever to get an associate to help with the product. My mom needs to find a matching shade of the concealer. The lady helped us had very cold attitude, she grabbed the sample concealer stick from the shelf, used her finger applying the concealer on my mom’s face without sanitizing either the tip of the stick or her hand. It’s the horrible experience in this store and I will not visit it again!

lola is the goat!!! she recommended my friend and i some super great products she was super nice+friendly and made us feel super comfortable! she seemed super passionate and made us equally excited!
