I had a paid for a full head color foil but in fact I got 2/3 colored and 1/3 as it was dark hair and gray. and Alex who did my hair stopped after rinsed out the color and made me wait so she could cut blow dry and style for someone thats been there before.. So IU went home with gray hair and dark hair after I had asked for a full head colored and frosted.
