Unfortunately the store is going out of business and reopening under another name. Apparently Sephora is now owned by Kohls. Sephora in Kohls is sadly missing in customer service!
Every time that I shop here the staff is so unfriendly, ESPECIALLY the one with the glasses and the dark hair! The woman with the blonde hair is also rude! Will be going to Denville from now on!
I went there for a makeup and a really nice lady patiently helped me with all my needs… I ended up there because Macy’s took forever to help me with makeup questions and products.
