I had a such a terrible experience at this Sephora store. I came here to pick up an online order and right at the beginning the lady was taking like shouting to my face “WHAT’S YOUR NAME?”, “WE DON’T HAVE THAT NAME HERE” right after I told her my name. While checking the online orders area she shouted“I DON’T SEE YOUR NAME”. And of course, she kept that tone and was rude the whole time. I had such a great experience at the Sephora in the Florida Mall. I went in looking for some cover-up and wasn’t completely sure what would work, especially because I currently have a small wound on my lip.
