I went to this Sephora November 21st my birthday and didn't realize that this young girl with blond hair gave me the wrong perfume i asked for and the perfume i asked for she charged me for that one but the one she gave me was cheaper both Valentino both different ones. If I could leave zero stars I would after what I just experienced. My sisters and I were trying some products and one of My sisters notice that this lady keeps looking at her and I wasn't fully aware until I was being guest serviced. When we moved over to a different area with the employee she said over the walkie "We are moving to Kosas now" and there she was less than 10 feet across from us... She kept following and watching us.. It was definitely because of the color of our skin we felt very uncomfortable.
Staff were mostly nice but the girl who served us had a horrible attitude towards my wife when she politely said no when the cashier asked for her email. My wife explained that there isn't any sephora stores anywhere near where we live and she just gave her a dirty look and didn't respond. Much better experience at the mall of millenia store.

I had a such a terrible experience at this Sephora store. I came here to pick up an online order and right at the beginning the lady was taking like shouting to my face “WHAT’S YOUR NAME?”, “WE DON’T HAVE THAT NAME HERE” even before checking the inventory or my pick up barcode. While checking the online orders area she shouted“I DON’T SEE YOUR NAME”. And of course, she kept that tone and was rude the whole time.
