Sephora in Florence is terrible. There’s never anything stocked and the store is always disgusting. The employees aren’t nice and either A) talking to theirselves B) playing with their face C) not paying customers attention or D) nowhere to be found. It literally pisses me off that I have to shop online because of how bad this store is. I started shopping at Ulta due to poor customer service and out of stock products at Sephora. Y’all suck.
