Was super excited about this trip being as I didn't know there was a Sephora in Pueblo! Ya well the young lady working wasn't in to helping, wasn't too friendly either. Which I applied here 2 times have experience in the industry, and I'd be way more excited to work here and show people new brands( fenty) and just test and sample things. Show them on sale hot items. I will be in to spend the rest of my Sephora gift card and hope that maybe I get a better greeting and service.

Not the one to vent especially on a professional aspect but.... the sephora in jcpennys is by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Walk in with exactly what I need just not knowing which brand or exactly how to use the color chart. A lady after I'd say about 10 min of me wondering endlessly a lady comes up with an already pushy approach then proceeds to tell me every thing I want they don't carry which might of been true but when I asked for something similar she then proceeeds to point me in a direction a... read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Sephora should be ashamed of having their name on this store.
Love this place its always mu first place I go to when I come to the mall. Finally a good makeup store in pueblo and the girls are super nice and helpful!
