RecommendedI had the best experience at JCP Sephora today. Janae was very attentive and friendly! She helped me find the perfect moisturizer and gave me a couple of samples of things she recommended for me. I’ll definitely be seeking her help on my next visit!
Great variety of makeup, and kind & helpful service from the crew working there. When I first walked in every one was willing to help me find what I needed and wanted, by giving tips and suggestions. They helped me pick out what would best work for me with-in my price range, and brands I had liked, and or wanted to try out. And if you are a first timer and you don't know what to get,there is usally one product siting out to test and swatch before you buy.
Absolutely horrible customer service. No one asked if I needed help or even greeted me. I’m done with Sephora.
Was expecting a great experience since i knew what brand I wanted. Nobody helped me with anything so a bit disappointed
Grand forks location I went in later at night 8pm figuring it wouldn't be to busy so I could get assistance just to barley get help and be told she didn't have time because she had closing duties to do.
Was just in the Fargo location. Have to say what GREAT Customer Service!!!The ladies went out of their way to return my items I didn't have receipts for. THANKS!!
What amazing customer service! The associate was extremely helpful and fun. Plus, I received free Nars lippies for my birthday! Thank you, Sephora!
Wonderful customer service! Everytime I go in the ladies are always so helpful, kind, and personable. Not pushy or overwhelming like so many stores are.
