Had such a lovely experience here with Leila (I hope spelling is correct…). She saw the look of terror and asked if I needed help. After years of no make up, I have the courage to apply now I have the right colours thanks to Leila. I had such a great experience at Sephora today thanks to the amazing staff member Bianca! I was feeling unsure about which primer to choose, and she was incredibly patient and thoughtful. She asked what foundation I usually use to better understand my concern about potential product clashes (like patchy makeup), and took the time to explain the different textures of each primer. Very disappointed with the service. The cashier was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in doing their job. Not what I expect when shopping here.
