Very rude service team member (brunette with a braid and glasses) with no concerns for the customer. Shoving customers out of the way and having a chat with co workers while blocking customers being able to shop. Lacked decency and customer service. Not offering customers help when asked and saying its all there find it yourself. Manger on duty was more helpful although she failed to mention the team memebes name. We hope she spoke to the team member and addressed her severe lack of customer service skills.

It was disgusting experience I bought serum worth 36$ but they charged me 43$ and despite apologetic they were showed attitude like it wasn’t their mistake. Very rude lady at counter, they really need to teach their staff how to deal with customers. Really disappointed.

Popped in today to grab some items but was unsure of what brands to start with or what would be best for my skin, I wanted to say a big thank you to Shama who took the time to help me out, she analysed my skin and gave a few recommendations while trying these on my skin, I really appreciated her honesty and help with everything! I walked out with exactly what I needed and wanted! 🥰

Hands down one of the best experiences with Shama!! She gave me such valuable information in regards to skincare, I bought 10 things with her and she really catered to my needs in my makeup and skincare, I couldn’t and wouldn’t have bought the things I needed without her knowledge and I am beyond excited to use these products!! Thanks again Shama!!
