I don’t usually do reviews, but this one’s for Rubby! I had an amazing experience with her she was patient, professional, and had such a great sense of humour. She helped me find the perfect foundation and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend her!
OMG! The customer service at Sephora in Chermside was absolutely incredible! JUSTINE, the lovely staff member, was amazing. She helped me with my foundation quest and had such great knowledge about the products. She went above and beyond to find me some great matches. It’s wonderful to see great customer service in retail these days. 🤍
5 stars to Abbey for outstanding and professional customer service. I went in store to get help with colour matching my foundation and Abbey was absolutely lovely, her patience and all round bubbly positive attitude made it a very easy and happy experience. She was helpful and knowledgeable in answering all questions about different products and their uses. The foundation shade was perfect! And because i was having such a pleasantexperience i bought more but I am very happy with all of my purchases Thank you Abbey 😊 💜
The draws of products need to be better stocked, most of the time the shade I need isn’t there, if it’s not urgent I simply leave (missed sales for you) otherwise I ask for the shade and it’s always out the back, if it’s out the back it should always be in the draw! On the weekend you had a sale on but I only left with one of these products on my list as nothing was in the draws and I couldn’t find anyone to help. 1 Star Review – Very Disappointing Experience at Sephora Chermside Today, Saturday, 12th October 2025, around 14:12 PM, I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Sephora Chermside. One of the female staff members who had earlier helped me choose a sunscreen suddenly came up to me as I was leaving and checked only my box and belongings, even though I had nothing but a small wallet and a Sephora box in my hand.
