So sad I didn't grab the name of the beauty advisor who helped me last night, but she was incredible! I told her what I liked and didn't like in a foundation and she colour matched me within minutes. I was a little worried in store because of the lighting, but somehow she picked the perfect colour! She was so lovely to chat to aswell. Thank you again 😊😊
I went into the store today (10-12-25) to pick up a new foundation, but I couldn’t find my shade in stock. When I approached a staff member for help and said “excuse me,” she immediately responded with “what?” in a harsh tone. The entire interaction felt like I was dealing with a high school bully—mean, sarcastic, and completely unprofessional. Emily served me and was an absolute delight. I was after a colour match for Haus Labs foundation and Emily tried a few shades on my jawline and explained that neck and face can be a bit different in colour. Emily gave me 2 shade samples- one for when my skin is a bit more tanned. Such a positive and relaxing experience.
The staff must have thought I was stealing something because never in the time sephora chermside has existed have I been asked by 4 different staff members if I needed assistance, just ask to see in my bag fr it’s not that difficult
