Was waiting for help but it never came, felt because I was a man in the store the workers refused to acknowledge my existence, Disappointed in all the workers had at least 4 workers walk past and ignored, Thanks for nothing lol 👍

I was in store today looking for some newbies, and was met with a couple girls mistique and Mia . They was really great, helped me get everything I needed and more. Some stuff was out of stock but ended with a dupe which I think is better than the actual product. I’m usually a Mecca girl but after this experience I will definitely be transferring to Sephora to visit them again thanks for such a great experience girls.!

Today was my first and last visit to the Sephora store at Chermside. I purchased a $150 gift card, only to be handed the card without a bag, envelope, or any kind of packaging—apparently they had ‘run out.’ It was a disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

Had the best experience. Girls are lovely and considerate and the store vibe is welcoming and inclusive. A lovely lady called Bianca helped me find the perfect product for me. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a while.
