After an awful experience at Mecca, I decided to go to Sephora and said that if I had the same experience as I did at Mecca, I would just buy makeup elsewhere or online. I’m really glad I came to Sephora. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely girl (I can’t remember her name 😭) and she was super helpful with recommendations and colour matching (Instead of being ignored) and the girl at the counter was just as lovely. My friend and I went to Sephora Charlestown today and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Joe! They were incredible and so friendly and personable. Provided a great service, and colour matched a foundation for both of us perfectly!

I would like to thank Kirra for her amazing customer service. I have very specific needs and she was so patient and understanding.
