So many staff talking to each other & not greeting people & asking if they need help when they come in. Apart from a couple of staff once in a while, It’s hard to find someone to ask for help, and when you do, it’s like you’ve put them out. Such a shame. It’s a great store, but I’d rather go to Mecca where people actually have good customer service.

Shout out to Mia who helped formulate my new skincare routine. As someone who has next to no knowledge about skincare, I was very impressed with Mia’s knowledge and guidance. I didn’t feel pushed into buying anything I didn’t want, and I left confident and excited about the purchases I did end up making. I was also impressed with Sephoras “Skincredible” summary. Thank you again Mia, I really appreciated your help!

Terrible customer service. Staff were walking around without offering any help to any of the 3 or maybe 4 people browsing at the store and when paying for my product Mia at the counter did not have a respectful attitude towards me. Please improve staff training.

Last week I had the pleasure of being served by mia, she was so beautiful and helped me with skin care recommendations and a foundation match. She made me feel confident even though my skin is looking bad at the moment the products recommended have been working so well.
