Bad they did not even take off the white thing to my shoe.
Worst in store customer service I have ever received from a company. I've had many great experiences at this store until now. The rep that helped me was about 5'7 Bald white male who had a really bad attitude. I will never step foot in this store Again because of this. He has jaded me On the whole company
They have a good selection, but it isn't very organized. The customer service is horrible. My last trip there they only had one register open and so the line was extremely long. A manager came over to help get the line down and she told the woman before me to go check out in the returns dept. and then told myself to go over to the jewelry department. So I went where I was instructed to go, only to then have an extremely rude older lady working the jewelry dept tell me she wasn't going to let me check out there and talk to me... read more

This store has a great selection as well as a friendly helpful staff. One of my favorite places to shop
Nice clean store except for the womens dressing rooms. Maybe they should hire someone to be in charge of the dressing rooms only so it could be kept clean and free of clothes all piled up by the lazy people that try on clothes.
