Went to Sephora for a lip liner, found one that matched my lip tone perfectly (by Merit) and once I was at the register, the manager told me that I couldn’t purchase it because it can’t be sold until next week. However, there’s an entire unit of them on the floor. She told me to find another one, “there’s many similar brands”. I will not be shopping at this Sephora again.
Jessica is the best! She has phenomenal customer service. So happy with her help today.
Came to the Sephora, three employees standing by the front register chatting with each other zero skills acknowledging a customer didn’t even greet. I was gonna ask about the product, but they completely disregarded me and kept chatting. Spare your time and go to regular Sephora
