I was honestly surprised today. Usually, the employees at this Sephora location are rude, unhelpful, and don’t seem interested in assisting customers. But today was different! I’ve met this girl Jenny a couple of times now, and she’s something special. She’s always friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to talk with customers. Employees are rude every time I only go here to get K18 mask. I usually go to ulta. I waited over 5 mins in an empty store and then the worker finally came over and really asked if I was ready to check out. No I am just standing here in this hot store right on the register for fun

The employee’s were absolutely awful and rude. Was standing at the checkout while the store was empty waiting while they were in the middle of a conversation about their boyfriends. My email didn’t work at first and she said “oh” and then proceeded to not ask for it again or help so I didn’t get my points. No thank you or smile or come again, nothing. Very disappointed and wish I didn’t go through with my purchase. Will only be going to ulta or ordering online before I get treated like that again.
