Just want to communicate with the Sephora side and management. I was in the other day. The computers were acting a mess for the cashier. In the end you guys tried to charge me twice for a product. The managers manager came out and okayed it. But then was like no maybe you should pay again even though I was showing him how money was taken, he tried to say it was deposited. Old products clumpy make up items used and put back on the shelves like testers just purchased over $150 worth of products that I am now returning.. Check your items before bringing them back especially if you have an event like I did today waste of time going to Ulta instead

I never seen a employee with so much patience thanks too Hannah l was able to find my shade and find samples and could find what foundation could be for me thanks to her and the samples l will make my order soon . I appreciate her hospitality and her time and patience she was so nice and friendly and helped us Hannah was such a positive nice person l ever meet thank youuu for making our visit a good day!!!.
