Normally, I have subpar experiences at Sephora at best. But I'd just had an awful experience with the Ulta in the same plaza, and decided to take a chance in hopes that maybe I could get what I was looking for. First off, Kaley was AMAZING. She has such a funny personality, and the two of us were laughing while going through the testers to find a good match for what I was looking for. It was fun
Testers were expired (March 2022 was the expiration day for one), filthy, broken, or just flat out missing. Everything seemed dirty. No stock which may just happen sometimes. Not leaving this review to be rude, I just feel like this place needs attention desperately because it didn’t feel like anywhere near normal Sephora standards.
