I recently visited Sephora to continue purchasing products from Kérastase, a brand I regularly use and trust. During that visit, I purchased the anti-frizz Glazed Milk, and based on my positive experience with the brand, I was interested in trying their anti-frizz shampoo as well. A piece of advice… when you are the only person working the floor and tending to a customer, acknowledge those waiting at the cash register to make their purchases. A simple “I’ll be with you in a few minutes” or “you can check out at the main registers” makes a world of difference opposed to flat out ignoring their existence and making them wait 10-15 minutes. Yvanne was very patient during my purchase process. Her partner on shift (I couldn’t get her name) was also very helpful in helping me find the items I needed. Will definitely come back to this location. Very clean and organized.
