Went in here yesterday. Had specific items I wanted that were in stock but left without buying anything because it was soooo hot. The Kohls side seemed fine. What gives? Should I wait until winter or is it that way all year round? Why is that? Is it the lighting? But how could that be a thing if people can’t handle being in there in the heat. I sure didn’t wanna see my face in a mirror! I was sweating! How do the girls who work there handle it? Is it even worth wearing makeup? I’m astounded.

The sales associates here are useless compared to the other Sephora. They won’t even color match you. They say check the Sephora app so I could check the Sephora app. I will do that at home and buy it online. That’s why I came into the store so you could help me anyways went to Ulta and they were able to color match me and I just bought the foundation there so great job at doing your job as a sales associate awful service.

Store is well lit. Easy to find products and clean. I came in to do a purchase but was told they couldn’t price match online. Breanna was super helpful and sweet helping order online and it was ready in a few minutes. Nice store!
