The manager inside the Sephora, I can’t remember her name but white woman with grey hair is completely unprofessional. Very rude to the customers in front of me who aren’t even arguing and then forced me to sign up with email even after the rep who was helping me ASKED if I want to … she came up to us saying “No, you make them sign up” and hides it under the excuse of if you want to return something. This is by far the worst location. The lady at the front desk in Sephora was so hostile and did not want to help. I did not have a receipt for a return (on talking with Sephoras customer service, a receipt is not needed for a return, all you need is an email to retrieve your information ) I gave her my email id and she just kept saying, it’s not showing up. I pulled up my account in front of her with the same email id. The purchase shows on my Sephora account. She just refused to help me. Will not be returning to this locati... read more

Complete waste of time and a shopping trip. They carry nothing because this location is owned by Kohls. I asked an employee to hold a mascara for me while I went to the restroom and when I came back 5 minutes later it was gone with little to no explanation or care. It was last one that they had in stock. After wasting 2 hours of my time in the store I politely left my entire basket of product and left. This location has lost my business and I will be making the drive to somerset from now on. What a trash experience.
