This is by far the worst location. The lady at the front desk in Sephora was so hostile and did not want to help. I did not have a receipt for a return (on talking with Sephoras customer service, a receipt is not needed for a return, all you need is an email to retrieve your information ) I gave her my email id and she just kept saying, it’s not showing up. Complete waste of time and a shopping trip. They carry nothing because this location is owned by Kohls. I asked an employee to hold a mascara for me while I went to the restroom and when I came back 5 minutes later it was gone with little to no explanation or care. It was last one that they had in stock. After wasting 2 hours of my time in the store I politely left my entire basket of product and left. This location has lost my business and I will be making the drive to somerset from now on. What a trash experience.

This store has restock issues, there are many items that they never have and don’t seem to be restocking. And it’s always overly warm inside of the store, like a 10 degree difference between the rest of the mall. It’s also a gamble whether or not you’ll get good customer service or not. Some associates are really great, others not at all.
