I was there a couple months ago and two of the teen girls were fighting and screaming in the middle of the store with my 5 year old there I will not be returning to this location, very unprofessional behavior from them, very disappointed
I came to the store to be of assistance to my girlfriend. The product she needed was sold out, but the staff was kind and helped find a suitable alternative. The Sephora staff were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Two things keep this from being 5 stars. First, the line to check out took excessively long. Second, the number of underage children running about the place touching things was very disconcerting.
The woman working there was kind and very helpful. She went above and beyond to color match, find the products my daughter wanted, and answer the questions we had.
Claims they don't carry the birthday gifts for the Beauty Insider's program even though the program clearly states the Sephora in Kohl's are valid places to redeem it at.
Nicely stocked store. The staff was very accommodating, very friendly and well mannered.
