Horrible . Went to look around and to use my birthday gift from them . Lady was rude and said , " we don't have anything for you and don't know when we will get anymore in ." And walked away.
I was helped by an older woman at Sephora in Kohls. I want to start off by saying she did not look the part of a Sephora employee. She had no makeup on and her hair was in a messy pony. When she asked me if I needed help with something I asked “I’m looking for an exfoliator, I’ve tried chemical exfoliants but they always irritate my skin. What’s the point of a Sephora store inside kohls if it’s not a real Sephora. I was told they do not except Sephora returns or exchanges. This is the closet location to me. Time to start making my purchases at Ulta.
