I went in to look for some lip products but I wanted some guidance on which to choose. I go up to this tall male employee with glasses on and say excuse me. He looks me straight in my face, ignores me and walked away. I guess whatever he was doing on his phone was more important. This Sephora is rarely busy as it is located inside of Kohl’s so there shouldn’t have been issue to assist me with anything.
I had a wonderful experience here. The blonde sales girl was so friendly. She took time to help me and gave me advice about products. She was super helpful and interactive.
One girl was friendly the other girl was not. Also make sure you check the prices before you swipe your card. The system was charging me $19.50 for a product advertised for $18 on the end cap and on the app so I mentioned it and she overrode the price.
