Horrible customer service. I asked the lady for help and with her being the only one there I patiently waited. Another guy asked her for help after me and she went to help him acting like I never asked for help. Until I asked her again “are you going to help me” she finally came over to help. Mind you I have 2 kids with me who are touching everything and she chose not to help me rather she went and helped a guy instead and pretend like I wasn’t there.

I interviewed here and was told I’d hear back by a specific date, but never did, which was frustrating as I was considering other job opportunities too. Disappointed with the lack of communication from management. When I spoke to people on the phone, they also sounded disinterested in my concerns, which didn’t leave a good impression. I hope this store improves how they communicate with applicants and customers.
