Went in ready to drop $200+ on some cologne for myself. Was recommended to go from people saying they would help me find the cologne that I’d really liked. Went in asked where the cologne was got pointed in the direction n that was i,t they sat there talking. I stood there looking at the cologne for like 15-20min trying to figure out the differences as they stood n talked to eachother (the two employees)like 15 ft away. I was very displeased the second I walked up to the counter to check out. Not one, but two employees walked past me with very unfriendly faces. I came to inquire about returning an item, and in return, I received the worst customer service experience. Each one of the ladies(there were 3) were very unprofessional and handled my situation very immaturely. I walked the whole store up and down the isles. I walked past the cash station and no one even looked up to say hi or ask if I needed anything. I took my money elsewhere. From other reviews it looks like this is common.

Visited the Onalaska Sephora store fully ready to spend money on new eye shadows. The girls were on their phones and chatty amongst themselves. I wondered around the makeup area looking for different eyeshadows while they stood in front of the counter talking about their favorite new trendy perfumes. All the while I felt invisible in their department. Not once did they speak to me. I finally found a pallet I liked, but of course, they were out, so I went and asked about it.
