I went in the other day to look for a few items and the girls at the counter were eager to help me. Riley in particular was so helpful explaining what was popular for mature skin. I appreciate her going above and beyond showing me all the brands and she looked up something for me that they didn't have in store at the moment but carried at Ulta. I was just there tonight to buying some products. There were about four sellers, one African American lady, 2 blond ladies and a young girl with brunette hair and thin lips. I approached this girl for some makeup advice, trying to decide between 2 different products. Very expensive and then when I returned an item didn't get full amount back. Never shop here again ever. Walmart and other stores give back full cash. For now on shopping at bath and body works. If i had good experience I'd shop here again. But never again here
