Beautiful organized displays. Lots of variety in selection. Sephora is treated completely separate from Khols. You cannot use Khols cash. Employees from either store are unable to help you with questions about the other. The staff didn’t greet me or speak to me the entire time. They were chatting amongst each other. This is clearly here as more of a convenience than anything else. Also this Khols no longer carries any hair or body products since Sephora moved in. The prices are high but comparable to other sephoras.
Great inventory but only one employee and she clearly hated her job. She never greeted us at all, never asked if we needed any help and instead proceeded to follow us around as if we were going to steal something. When we checked out she still didn’t greet us, just asked for phone number, rang us up and handed the bag. She didn’t thank us but did say you’re welcome after I said thank you. Please don’t work in customer service if you’re that miserable. I didn’t catch her name but she wore a hijab.
I once in awhile as a (driving age teenager) come in to splurge or pick out something nice. My grandmother took me and my sister (13yo) to Kohl’s and I went in looking for a concealer. And it happened again- because I look like a young girl I’m immediately profiled as a preteen “Sephora Kid” who steals and messes up product testers.
