I once in awhile as a (driving age teenager) come in to splurge or pick out something nice. My grandmother took me and my sister (13yo) to Kohl’s and I went in looking for a concealer. And it happened again- because I look like a young girl I’m immediately profiled as a preteen “Sephora Kid” who steals and messes up product testers. There's a very good reason this khols/sephora has bad reviews. I've had my card charged wrong multiple times by cashiers too rushed to even care they messed up my finances. Customer service just doesn't care and does nothing to help you, I've gotten more empathy from automated Customer service machines than the khols customer services. Even simple things, like I purchased a lip balm but lost it the next night, still had the receipt and packaging. I just wanted a replacement or if I could get a refund. But no empathy, if anyt... read more
