Only one person was there to assist and she was busy the entire time.
The worst Sephora. The manager with the curly hair is very unprofessional and rude and racist! I came in to return a product and they treated me very poorly and did not even try to check if my item was in the system since I lost my receipt. I had to pull my bank statements and show them since they made it seem like if I stole the item. Been here several times since it’s closer to my house and they follow you around and just watch you uncomfortably shop as if you’re stealing. Never coming here again experience!
The VERY FIRST Sephora I’ve ever went into that I received ZERO customer service! I spent almost 20 minutes walking around made eye contact with SEVERAL advisors and NO ONE said anything to me. I wish I could give ZERO stars!! And to think I was about to do all of my makeup/fragrance shopping there today! Got accused to stealing right after leaving the store from paying and the manger got in my face demanding the item back. After he checked my bag and the receipt he continued to say to “be careful”. In a yelling tone
