I went to the Sephora at Kohl’s a year or two ago, and some young guy told me he can’t do the skin match test here, but could do this down in Appleton. That’s a bit of a hike just for that test. I went today, and Jane was working. She was able to test my skin, but I didn’t need it as she found three foundations that matched my skin well. She gave me samples so I can decide which one to buy. Went in for fun stuff to massage my face(i have cystic acne and treat it, don’t really wear much makeup and want to enhance my skin). The employee by the name Q helped me. She was so nice and a good listener! She recommended some suggestions that matched my needs, and I ended up purchasing something she recommended. Great job, can’t wait to self care and return for more! :)

It would be nice if there was actually a stand alone Sephora in Green Bay. The staff in this store are not knowledgeable about the lines they carry. When I went in and asked about my color of foundation and if there were any available because the display was empty, the employee told me they hadn't had any in that color in many months. I told him that's interesting, because I had bought one a few weeks prior and was looking for a back up for travel.
