There was a young lady who helped me out today color match & honestly I just wanted to compliment her very vibrant & great vibes for the job , I didn’t catch her name she had long pretty braids !
I usually never care for writing reviews but I have time today, once you step into this Sephora it’s just so unwelcoming, and unprofessional. The blonde lady with the eyeliner doesn’t even look at you or ask if you’re looking for something, no hi no nothing and was just on her phone . The store is just so unorganized, dirty nor do they have a lot of the products they have on the testers. Just an awful experience.
i’ve been a customer at this location for a while because of it being the closest to my house, but after the years it is clear and evident they have undergone new management and this store is just disappointing now! i hardly see this store being clean, and for it being a “high end” beauty store you would think that cleanliness would be top priority, products are never stocked and on top of the store going downhill, Mindy who seems to be the manager of sephora is openly on facetime while checking out customers which is extrem... read more
