This Sephora is awful. The shelves are a mess—nothing like a true Sephora. No employees to help you, only to man the registers. I stopped by to look at two specific mascaras and couldn't find their shelves, only one in some tester display, which was disorganized and didn't have that mascara available to buy. Total waste of time and frustrating.
There was a young lady who helped me out today color match & honestly I just wanted to compliment her very vibrant & great vibes for the job , I didn’t catch her name she had long pretty braids !
I usually never care for writing reviews but I have time today, once you step into this Sephora it’s just so unwelcoming, and unprofessional. The blonde lady with the eyeliner doesn’t even look at you or ask if you’re looking for something, no hi no nothing and was just on her phone . The store is just so unorganized, dirty nor do they have a lot of the products they have on the testers. Just an awful experience.
