I love when I ask for something in a store and if the place doesn’t have it, the person helping me tells me to Google it or find it through Amazon… thanks, I never thought of that

Poor customer service at this Kohl's Sephora. Yesterday around 430-5:00pm I asked if everything was out that they had and one worker just stared at me while the other said yes and walked away. I looked around for like 20 minutes to try other varieties of foundation and not one worker came up and asked if I needed help. When I walked back to the counter, there were three staff members standing there just talking about people and on their phone.

Never mind the fact that nobody answers the phone at the Sephora section only to drive out there and the girl working the Sephora area didn’t even bother to help me. I asked one question does this store carry Topicals? Employee: no [didn’t stop stocking behind the counter] I looked around for another 10 mins to see if they carried any other black owned skin care brands in store but maybe it’s the way they have it set up which made me feel like forget it besides the employee clearly didn’t want to help or offer alternatives. ... read more

I didn’t even spend 5 minutes in here. I came because it doesn’t show what they do or don’t have in stock in the app and the other location was closed for the day. The two women who were working didn’t even say hello how can I help you? One continued to stock items while sitting on the floor watched me walk in AND out and just looked at me!
