I was there today and witnessed a manager laying into an employee about not being pushy enough to get customers to sign up for their rewards. She made this poor girl cry on the floor. What kind of manager has a discussion like that where customers can witness someone being told they aren’t good enough at their job? Go to the office and handle it like a professional.
