Old lady, I think she Asian Chinese , I just bought shampoo 1hr ago and I return it and she told me I already used it , she very rude and unprofessional.
When I called Paige out on greeting everyone else while ignoring me as a Black customer, she immediately shifted into a high-pitched, defensive tone saying she could answer my questions and asking if I was doing fine. I responded sarcastically that "I think I'm doing alright," making it clear that her sudden performative politeness didn't cover up the initial bias.
I went in to spend a gift card I had recieved. Despite the numbers being faded (don’t be an idiot like me and peel the back off rather than scratch) one of the girls was very polite to help me. This however, was only after the old asian lady was very rude and told me she can’t see the numbers. The other younger girl immediately took over and attempted to read off the numbers. I love Farmacy and I'm glad there is a location so close to me that I can purchase the products. I do find that their stock is a bit old though - not that big of a deal since these products don't expire easily before being opened but you can tell that people opened some of the boxes (returned product put back on shelf? Are they sure the product itself was unused?) and the product inside was the old packaging style from months ago so you can tell the product is not selling fast at this location...
