Tod from Sephora is fabulous. he was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, passionate and extremely personable. Somebody give that guy a raise. He made my trip to kohls fun and refreshing
Clean and well stocked. I walked in at a slow hour and the two ladies working there were trying on makeup and talking. They looked so relaxed and enjoying their work. Once I walked up to them though, they stopped chatting right away and were happy to help. I had a question about eye liners and she gave me awesome recommendations. I really wanted to try the liners on for a day before buying so I didn't buy anything, but she was still very friendly and helpful letting me try different products. Loving the friendly service!!

This review is for Sephora Customer Service Online. I purchased the Sephora Best Skin Ever concealer and i got a drop of it on my new shirt. It bleached the fabric. I was shocked! What are we putting on our faces? Especially near our eyes? When I expressed my concerns to Sephora, they told me that they are not responsible for any "stains" as a result of the use of their products.
