I was shopping for some stuff for my wedding and my friend and I were hopelessly followed around by an associate who never asked us if we needed help, by the way. She was fiddling with stuff, pretending to be checking items in every single aisle we were in. Definitely racist and I’ve never had a good experience there in the 3 years I’ve lived here

코스 안에 위치해 있고 매장 규모는 매우 작습니다. 따라서 구비 하고 있는 브랜드들도 다양하지 않아요. 한국에선 거의 망한 브랜드인 이니스프리 가 매장 제일 앞에 있는 건 흥미롭네요

I usually try to order online because staff in my experiences have been unhelpful. Today I went in and was just going to grab what I needed and not have to deal with anyone. However, a young lady named Autumn asked if I needed anything and spent at least ten minutes helping me find several things. I came in for just some cc cream and left with a bag full. She also offered to make two samples for me to take home. That's never happened. If every employee was like her this location wouldn't have so many one star reviews.
