I escorted my Mom to this location and she was happy with the service. We were acknowledged as soon as we reached the cashier counter for checkout. One girl got caught up with her inventory assignment, so her coworker stepped in and helped us to prevent us from waiting. I could tell the ladies are well aware of the make-up lines and options. Went in to get color matched. Was looking at my phone for the foundation I wanted so I didn’t go looking for someone right away. I half expected to be greeted and asked if I needed help, like I do in every Sephora I’ve ever been to. But nope. The workers were just chatting and being mean girls gossiping, which made me anxious to approach them. And based on the some other reviews I’m not the only one who felt the vibes were off here. Skip this location.

The reviews that mention being ignored are unfortunately true. I went in for a product and couldn't find it on their shelves, but flagging down an employee was near impossible. It seems like employees here prefer to help a certain demographic. Skip this store and go to an actual Sephora store if you can help it.
Im not the most confident and after years of acne and hyperpigmentstion, i don't have the best skin. I walked in there to get help with color matching on a foundation and the girl seemed like she was judging and didn't really want to help. I didnt get her name, but she was very skinny/petite with dark straight hair. She matched me and by the way and it was not my shade, way off.
