Came in this week and the blonde lady at the register had a really rude and passive aggressive vibe the whole interaction. I was just asking simple questions and she seemed more focused on talking to her coworker than helping customers. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but definitely not welcoming and kind of turned me off from shopping here again. Sidenote, it was also burning hot in there!!

I escorted my Mom to this location and she was happy with the service. We were acknowledged as soon as we reached the cashier counter for checkout. One girl got caught up with her inventory assignment, so her coworker stepped in and helped us to prevent us from waiting. I could tell the ladies are well aware of the make-up lines and options. Went in to get color matched. Was looking at my phone for the foundation I wanted so I didn’t go looking for someone right away. I half expected to be greeted and asked if I needed help, like I do in every Sephora I’ve ever been to. But nope. The workers were just chatting and being mean girls gossiping, which made me anxious to approach them. And based on the some other reviews I’m not the only one who felt the vibes were off here. Skip this location.
