I had a very good experience at this store, the associates were really attentive and helped me with what I needed. When I went to pay the young cashier at the register was very sweet.. definitely made me feel welcomed and made it easy for me.
There is a lady named Dora that works here. She gets an attitude when you ask questions or if you ask for any type of samples.
I had a completely unacceptable experience at this Sephora location. I stopped in yesterday to try out a few makeup testers on my hand—exactly what testers are there for. While doing so, the security guard the Indian lady and Spanish lady that works there approached me in an aggressive and unprofessional manner, snatched the item out of my hand, and told me I wasn’t allowed to use the testers. I was followed around by a Loss Prevention “officer” (older lady in a vest) the whole time. Felt very uncomfortable. I was just trying on lotions because I was waiting for my husband. She thought it was weird I stayed in one place and didn’t move? Then when I switched aisles she did too.
