Very disappointing experience. The female associate was rude and unhelpful. Everything we asked about, she simply said they didn’t have it. When we asked her to recommend something, she just said, “Everything here is good, just pick anything.” She didn’t seem knowledgeable or willing to help. We came to buy a gift, but because of her poor attitude and lack of assistance, we left without buying anything. We were there on Labor Day.
Recently, I have seen content linked to Huda Beauty that many Iranians view as aligning with a regime responsible for the mass killing and violent repression of the Iranian people. I will not be purchasing from Sephora, and I call on fellow Iranians and all people who believe in human rights to consider doing the same until Sephora ends its relationship with this brand.

I live an hour away, and didn’t want to get there and find out that they were out of stock, so I called and the wonderful associate Amy searched for my product, and found exactly what I needed!! Oh yeah, I’m driving an hour to Sephora. 🤣🤣 Sephora is everything! Thank you for such great customer service!
It isn’t a full Sephora store, but it has much better variety than when they used to have their stores out of JCPenney’s.
