Horrible experience. A while ago, my friends and I went to go looking for Rare Beauty blushes and I overheard the girl on cashier talking into the walkie talkie about me and my friends about how we were stealing and I pulled something out my bag. It was a Colorpop blush I had initially bought at Target and I wanted a liquid blush to go with it. This is the closest Sephora near my house I thought it would be convenient instead their inventory sucks. They haven’t had my Specific shade color for about a month. Their customer service sucks. I tried asking for help and employees would rather finish gossiping than immediately trying to help me.
Entire Store closed12 min early. IMO prob longer than that metal gates were down and no one in sight yet corporations wonder why there's so little foot traffic these days! This is a systemic problem of not keeping thier companies, (not just this brand/ location but many many others !) posted and proper business hours. Read other reviews almost every page has a few stating same issue!!
