My encounter was straight forward. Had what I needed and made a purchase. My only criticism of this process was the individual helping me I think was having a bad day, as they didn't show any emotion or interact with me. The individual wasn't rude or anything but my typical experience in Sephora is usually more upbeat.
I’ve been at Kole’s Sephora, many times and my experience is often the same, I’m always waiting and the sale attendant, I’m not sure if they goes by him or they, but they are always to busy to help and always have an attitude when I try to get their attention, I’m not pointing them out to be mean but I always feel small and insignificant when it happens and I wanted to express that so no one else would feel that way.
