So I wasn’t greeted or anything I try not to take it personal, so whatever about that but I go up to the lady with big glasses at the counter asking if the shade matches my skin well and she’s pretty much was looking at me as if I asked a stupid question. This is specifically for the Sephora inside Kohl's: the staff there is excellent. They were all friendly and helpful, Raven in particular helped me locate an item that was supposedly sold out (but I'd been able to reserve one) and she helped me purchase the other two that ended up being in stock. She exceeded my expectations and seemed delighted to do so. Thank you, Raven!

I visited Sephora today looking for a specific perfume. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away, which was wonderful. I headed over to the fragrance section where a young lady named CeeCee helped me. She was absolutely amazing very sweet, patient, and had such a lovely personality. I really wish my review could end there. Unfortunately, my friend and I also had an encounter with another associate, who we were told was named Ebony.
