This is specifically for the Sephora inside Kohl's: the staff there is excellent. They were all friendly and helpful, Raven in particular helped me locate an item that was supposedly sold out (but I'd been able to reserve one) and she helped me purchase the other two that ended up being in stock. She exceeded my expectations and seemed delighted to do so. Thank you, Raven!

I visited Sephora today looking for a specific perfume. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away, which was wonderful. I headed over to the fragrance section where a young lady named CeeCee helped me. She was absolutely amazing very sweet, patient, and had such a lovely personality. I really wish my review could end there. Unfortunately, my friend and I also had an encounter with another associate, who we were told was named Ebony. My encounter was straight forward. Had what I needed and made a purchase. My only criticism of this process was the individual helping me I think was having a bad day, as they didn't show any emotion or interact with me. The individual wasn't rude or anything but my typical experience in Sephora is usually more upbeat.
