sarah was such a great help!! store was one of the most clean sephoras i’ve ever been in. it was definitely understaffed (with no beauty advisor on duty but i think it was out of the stores control?) but sarah (who said she usually works truck and was the only LOD in the store) stepped in to make samples, look for products and was super kind through the whole experience. get more people in that sephora but thank you sarah!!!! <3
Abigail gave me the best makeup buying experience. I’m newer to makeup and learning how to apply it now that my skin is more mature than when I first learned. She was so patient answering 500 questions, was knowledgeable, budget conscious and really made the whole experience enjoyable. I was worried about making something too difficult for her and she said “ girl that’s my job!” And smiled. Customer service like that is so hard to find anymore.
