I have been to this Sephora many times. A few times I’ve been, there has been a gentleman working. The two times we’ve interacted I’ve left extremely disappointed. He likes to say that the store is out of a product so he doesn’t have to go in the back and get it. I have taken the full facial service on November 28, 2025. I have booked appointment for my wife Apexa.I am writing to share my disappointment with my recent makeup appointment at Sephora. My appointment was originally requested for 11:00 AM, but appointment was canceled without informing me.I was coming from very far with request she scheduled at 12 pm.. it's good that Sephora inside Kohl's but they don't accept Sephora credit card. All they accept is Kohl's credit card. and that's what I don't like I understand it is inside Kohl's but still you should have an option or let people use for a credit card what's the point
