Very rude service
Horrible customer service. Always out of stock of everything. The managers never reorder anything that it out of stock. When I call to see if they have what I need in stock so I quit wasting my time, they never answer the phone. How have you been out of stock of bare minerals fairly light colors for over 3 months? I worked at Ulta and Sephora years ago, your job isn’t hard.
They could have gotten my sale but the sales woman was dismissive and walked away to go help another customer when I was already standing in line behind the woman she just finished ringing out. Very disappointing service and I felt neglected as a customer.
A hate making bad reviews but this calls for it… every single “try me” product was extremely disgusting. Like all of them looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or organized ever. It just looked extremely disorganized and gross. Nothing like a usual Sephora experience. If you’re going to put a Sephora inside of another store, at least make it look as good as the Ulta’s inside if Target. I mean this was just a complete mess. I hope this helps management create a better space for customers to shop. Thank you!
